“A new 5-star hospitality brand is about to kick-off construction in Langkawi, one of the world’s sought-after island resort destinations. Property developer and owner, Rahsia Estates Sdn Bhd, will unveil its latest plans for this serene gated sanctuary, which comprises a hotel-cum-low density residential resort that sprawls over 15-acres of freehold land.
The Rahsia Estates Resort, Residences & Spa, Langkawi has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM300 million and is due to be completed and operational by end 2013.
The official launch of the development and the signing of the agreement with contractor Sun Jin Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd will be officiated by Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, the former Prime Minister of Malaysia and current Honorary President of the Perdana Leadership Foundation.”
