The GLEAM RESORT Satun
A peaceful place to enjoy your time during staying in Satun.
The following is a review by David Montgomery who tried it out:
I have inspected the bed and breakfast last month before it was opened and it is more like a mini resort, there are 10 bungalows which are set in nice grounds with a very nice pool area. The place has a breakfast pavilion and is new in all respects.
As an owner of resorts accommodation in Australia and having traveled extensively in Thailand and Asia I was very impressed. The resort is away from traffic about 1 kilometre from the centre of Satun. Each standard bungalow has a king sized bed, bedside tables, silk style curtains and bed covers in wonderful colours,
The bungalows are rendered brick in natural colors. The grounds have been planted and have been in place for one season with native plants and has a very natural feel to the place…
The walkways are large stepping stones between well laid natural grass. The pool area is beautiful with lounges and seating. I would expect that if it were in Australia it would be classed as a 4 star resort.
